Respecting Diversity & Inclusion
​Conducted an intensive faculty development workshop for the educators at DAV School. This session focused on cultivating an inclusive classroom culture where every student feels seen and valued. We explored practical strategies for addressing unconscious bias, celebrating diverse backgrounds, and implementing equitable teaching practices to support holistic student growth.
Fear of Being Judged By Others
Designed specifically for students, this interactive workshop addresses the social anxiety and pressure of peer judgment. We explore the 'Spotlight Effect'—the tendency to overestimate how much others notice our flaws—and provide practical cognitive tools to build self-acceptance. Students walk away with increased confidence and strategies to prioritize their own values over external validation.
Behaviour Management of Hyper Active Children​
A specialized session for parents of students from Nursery to Grade 2, focusing on the nuances of hyperactivity in early childhood. We explore evidence-based strategies, routine-building, and positive reinforcement to help parents channel their child’s energy constructively while fostering a calm, nurturing home environment.
